The league contains 4 groups - group A to D, top two teams in each group qualify for next stage.

In the draws, last season champion, Champions FC Ado Ekiti, Rajjy FC Ikere Ekiti, Omisanjana FC Ado Ekiti, Fuoye Dazzlers Oye Ekiti and Phoenix ASC. Kiddies Ado Ekiti, were grouped.
